Q5. [m]

If I could ask the survivor of the Holocaust I would ask them:
1. Were you in hiding? If so, where, and how long did you stay there? Who was your rescuer?
2. How did you feel when you heard news of your loved ones, as you were still alive in hiding?
3. What was the hardest part in hiding?
4. Were you with other people in hiding? If so, with whom?
5. Did you go into hiding in search of hope or despair?
6. Do you blame God for what happened to the victims of the Holocaust?
7. When suspect to come out of hiding?
8. Why didn’t you act like you weren’t a Jew?
9. Where did you stay in the concentration camps?
10. When you were in the concentration camps how did it feel to be so close to death?

11. Have you ever thought of giving up?
12.The moment you were free, what did you do?

great blogg!

I totally agree with your blog! I personally think that it would be interesting to actually interview a real survivor from the Holocaust, since we have many resources that are available, but I believe that an actual experience is the best resource for an event like the Holocaust! Anyways, I did this blog question too, and I would ask many of your questions to the survivors of the Holocaust as well. Such as, who were in hiding with, and where you were during the hiding. However, I think that your question no.6 is interesting on how you asked if they blame God for the victims of the Holocaust. I think that this question will be a very interesting question to ask, and I personally would like to know how their responses would be like. Well, awesome blog that you wrote!

I agree with all of your questions. It would be really interesting to ask them what it really was like in the Holocaust. We assume of the feeling it must have been to go through this event, however we as people who have not gone through the event will never know. i think we can get at better grasp of what they must've felt if someone who actually experienced it, told us. As Lauren has mentioned above, i think the God question was really interesting. What would they have to say? Who is to blame for the Holocaust. Maybe if i was a Jew, then i would feel unfair to God becuase i would ask him, why it was happening to us instead of other people.
good post, keep it up
